Browsing our website needs no data from you: no forms, no accounts, no cookies.
The personal data we receive is what you choose to send us when you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, and we use it only to reply to you and deliver your project.
Who we are
Doqmah (دقمه) is a Saudi studio that designs and builds apps, websites and games. It is responsible for the personal data described in this policy under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

When you browse the website
We ask you for nothing. Running the site does involve three services and one value stored in your browser:
- Hosting and protection · Cloudflare
- Hosts the site and protects it from attacks. Its servers process the technical data needed to deliver and protect the page, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request.
- Visit statistics · Cloudflare Web Analytics
- A cookie-free measurement tool that does not identify you. We only see aggregate numbers: visits, pages, where visits came from, device type and country.
- Font · Google Fonts
- The site's font is loaded from Google's servers, so your browser sends them your IP address and the site's domain to fetch it.
- In your browser
- One value in session storage (sessionStorage) remembers whether the "light" is on while you browse. It is never sent to us and is erased when you close the tab.
We use no cookies, show no ads and run no advertising trackers. Cloudflare and Google each have their own privacy policy covering what their servers process.
When you contact us
- What we receive
- Only what you choose to send: your name, your phone number or email, your message, details of your idea or project, and any files you attach.
- Why we use it
- To reply to you, prepare the written quote and contract, deliver the project, issue invoices, and keep a record of what we agreed.
- Legal basis
- Your request and contact with us, then our contract if you become a client, and our legal obligations.
- How your message travels
- WhatsApp (Meta), and Cloudflare's email routing, which delivers messages sent to help@doqmah.com to our mailbox at our email provider.
Who we share your data with
We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. We share it only with the service providers above, as far as their work needs; with anyone working with us on your project if you become a client, after they commit to confidentiality in writing; and with the competent authorities when the law requires it.
Some of these providers (Cloudflare, Google, Meta and our email provider) may process data on servers outside Saudi Arabia, within the limits the law allows.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become a project are deleted within 12 months of the last contact. Client data is kept for the length of the contract, then for as long as the law requires for invoices and proof of rights.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Law you have the right to:
- know how we process your data;
- access it and get a copy;
- ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate;
- ask us to delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it;
- withdraw your consent at any time.
Write to help@doqmah.com and we will reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).
Children
The site is meant for people with ideas and businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Security
The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) only, is protected by strict browser security policies, and has no database and no forms that store visitors' data.
Our apps
This policy covers the website and contacting us. Each app we publish has its own policy, such as the Al-Qaid Aman app privacy policy.
Changes to this policy
We publish any update on this page with a new effective date. The version published here is always the one in force.
