Cost and timeline
What decides an app’s cost and timeline?
There is no fixed price, because every app is different. These are the things that move the price and the timeline most; we settle them with you before the written quote.
- How many screens and features version one has.
- User types: customers only, or customers, providers and admins? Each type has its own screens and permissions.
- Accounts, sign-in and notifications.
- Connections to other services: a payment gateway, maps and tracking, messaging, or your existing systems.
- How detailed the admin panel is: reports, staff permissions.
- Languages: Arabic only, or Arabic and English?
- How ready the idea is: do you have designs or specs, or do we start from scratch?
Our usual advice: start with a smaller version that launches sooner, then grow it with what your users actually ask for.

How long does it take to build an app?
It depends on the size of version one. The quote lays out the schedule phase by phase, and at the end of each phase you get a test build on your phone, so you always know where things stand.
Will the app work on both iPhone and Android?
Yes. We build one app that runs on both, so you manage one product instead of two. If your idea needs something specific to one platform, we discuss it from the start.
Whose name is the app published under?
Yours. We publish from developer accounts in your name, help you open them if you don’t have them, and you pay their fees directly to Apple and Google. We hand over the source code and designs.
Do I need an app, or is a website enough?
If customers come back often or you need accounts and notifications, an app fits. If you mainly want people to find you in search and contact you or buy, a website or online store may be enough, faster and cheaper, and we’ll tell you so.
Do you work with clients anywhere in Saudi Arabia?
Yes, in any city in Saudi Arabia. We work remotely over WhatsApp and calls, from Riyadh and Jeddah to Dammam and Abha, in Arabic and English.
